Originally from Idaho in the scenic Pacific Northwest of the United States, Nicole completed her Bachelors of Science in Art & Architecture and received her Masters in Architecture. While working as a designer in Buenos Aires, 2012 provided many blessings as a business partner and food trade expert provided the start-up capital to fulfill the entrepreneurial vision of goIFT.com.

Nicole previously focused her creativity and love for technology and design working for various architectural design firms both in the United States and Argentina. She has a strong connection with the outdoors, a passion for the environment, healthy cooking, and travel.

While working as an architect-in-training and registered as an Associate American Institute of Architects (AIA) Member, Nicole served on Idaho’s AIA + 2030 Committee. She assisted in the coordination and local promotion of Architecture 2030’s Professional Lecture Series, which educates architects, design professionals, building owners, and the public on ways to reduce CO2 emissions in the building sector by 2030.

Nicole’s professional portfolio covers a variety of design disciplines with creative marketing experience. She believes that technology as a digital tool, coupled with collaboration, truly has the inspirational power to define and support sustainable community growth. Whether in the built environment of physical cities or online virtual communities, Nicole enjoys creating spaces to inspire and enrich lives through social interactions, story-telling, and embracing international experiences.

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Diego has over 8 years of experience in the graphic and web design fields. He completed his bachelors of Graphic Design at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and specialized in branding development.

Currently working as Lead Designer at a local IT private company in Buenos Aires, he joined the goIFT venture with the objective to create a great design experience for the online industry members. Diego is a versatile designer that enjoys what he does.

Diego has experiencing working for several local and international design studios. While living in New York City, Diego worked as the Creative Director for one of New York’s top real estate companies. It was during his time in the Big Apple that Diego turned into a foodie, passionate about great food and always enjoys to discover new restaurants. Diego has a young heart, being a bit of a dreamer and music lover.

He loves to travel and find joy and surprise in the smallest things, always carrying his camera with him to capture special moments.

Born in La Plata, Argentina, Dario lived most of his life in the U.S., having grown up on Long Island, New York, and worked for 10 years in Washington, D.C for several government agencies and NGOs. His professional experience includes public relations, speech writing, marketing, editing and translating (Spanish into English). He is bi-lingual (English and Spanish), with English as his first language.

Dario’s personal interests include literature (see his blog, Contemporary Argentine Writers), bicycling, archery, guitar playing, NFL football (Go Pack!) and Argentine soccer. He presently resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with his wife, Cristina.

Daphne conducted briefings on agricultural situation within Myanmar. She wrote analytic reports on agricultural developments in Myanmar for the U.S. Agricultural Counsellor, stationed in Bangkok. This involved independently collecting and critically analyzing information and data from both the government and private sector. Analyzed daily press publications for items of interest to Agricultural Counsellor and to the Economic Office of the U.S. Embassy, Yangon. With only limited official data published, developed and maintained an extensive network of both government and private contacts at all levels.

Dr. Fairman developed an appreciation for scientific research and practical technology insertion during his doctoral studies at MIT. He has experience in large scale project and business management. Dr. Fairman lives and works in the agricultural industry in Northwest China, managing his company XinJiang Fairman International Business Consulting.

His company was also apart of introducing American Cherry trees into the Chinese Western region and assisted in the business venture of guitar construction using specialized wood products from China. Dr. Fairman speaks both Mandarin and another local minority language with reasonable fluency.
